The Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources moved to amend the bill on page 1, section 1, line 5, after the word “authorized” by striking the period and inserting in lieu thereof a comma and the following:

“with the following amendments:

On page 1, by deleting subsection 1.5 and inserting a new subsection 1.5 to read as follows:

‘1.5 Sunset Date – This rule shall terminate and have no further force or affect upon the expiration of 10 years from its effective date.’”
